## About the Role

* Technical education, preferably a master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
 * Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
 * Experience in industrial sectors such as automotive, telecommunications, or process control. Knowledge of safety-critical systems, especially railway signaling systems, is considered an advantage
 * Ability to work with virtual machines and cloud-based test environments to support system integration, verification, and testing activities
 * Experience with test automation frameworks
 * Experience in AI-based tools to support work tasks (Copilot)
 * Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, Java)
 * Linux knowledge and basic bash scripting skills.
 * Enthusiasm for working in an agile team environment
 * Good knowledge of testing processes, methodologies, and best practices
 * Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods
 * Ability and willingness to work in a laboratory environment when required
 * ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level certification is considered an advantage Fluent in English and a good command of German

## Description

* Develop and execute detailed test cases, and test scripts based on system requirements and design specifications.
 * Reporting of found bugs in a ticket system and performing first level analysis.
 * Develop and maintain testing documentation, including test specifications and test reports.
 * Test automation in a test automation tool. Collaboration with other teams (development, data preparation)
