* Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, ERP Consultant, or a similar role.
 * Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Business Central, Customer Engagement, or related modules).
 * Strong analytical and communication skills.
 * Comfortable interacting with both business and technical stakeholders.
 * Fluent in French and Dutch, with a good command of English.
