## About the Role

* 3 to 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration roles.
 * Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
 * Basic to intermediate networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls).
 * Familiarity with backup solutions, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cybersecurity best practices.
 * Customer-focused, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
 * Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
 * Fluent in English and French. Dutch is a plus.

System Administrator - Your Job

 * Administer and maintain Windows servers, Microsoft 365, and on-premises IT infrastructure.
 * Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network devices (firewalls, switches, routers) and VPN connections.
 * Install, configure, and maintain workstations, business applications, and IT equipment.
 * Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
 * Support IT projects, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
 * Ensure backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity policies are up to date.
 * Document IT procedures, contribute to continuous improvement, and maintain SLA compliance.
