## Description

We are looking for a Medior ServiceNow Developer to join a dynamic enterprise IT environment and help shape the next generation of digital employee experiences.
In this role, you will combine hands-on ServiceNow platform development with innovative conversational AI capabilities. You will play a key role in transforming the ServiceNow Employee Portal / Employee Center into an AI-first conversational channel, making employee services more accessible, intuitive, and efficient.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and platform teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions while maintaining a strong focus on engineering quality, responsible AI, and measurable business value., * Design, develop, configure, test, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions.

 * Develop and enhance ServiceNow Employee Portal / Employee Center functionalities.
 * Contribute to the evolution of the employee portal into an AI-first conversational experience.
 * Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
 * Develop and maintain functionality using JavaScript.
 * Design and optimize prompts for Large Language Model (LLM) implementations.
 * Support the integration of conversational AI capabilities into employee-facing services.
 * Ensure ServiceNow solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, and user-friendly.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/DevOps environment.
