## About the Role

* Proven experience in Data Protection or Infrastructure Solution Architecture.
 * Strong knowledge of Backup and Recovery technologies.
 * Experience designing Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solutions.
 * Knowledge of Enterprise Storage platforms.
 * Experience working within Hybrid Cloud environments (Azure and AWS).
 * Strong understanding of VMware and virtualisation technologies.
 * Experience supporting large-scale migration, transformation, or Data Centre Exit programmes.
 * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Protection Solution Architect to join a major client programme supporting critical service operations and large-scale infrastructure transformation initiatives.

This role has been created due to increased project demand, with a particular focus on a significant Data Centre Exit Programme. You will play a key role in ensuring business-critical services remain protected, resilient, and operational throughout transformation and migration activities., * Design and implement enterprise-scale data protection solutions.

 * Support Data Centre Exit and infrastructure transformation programmes.
 * Develop and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.
 * Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across teams.
 * Work closely with Service Operations, Cloud, Network, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
 * Ensure business-critical workloads remain protected and highly available.
 * Contribute to solution design, governance, and technical assurance activities.
