## About the Role

* Completed technical training, e.g. as an industrial mechanic, agricultural machinery mechatronics technician, automotive mechatronics technician or equivalent qualification
 * Ideally, experience in technical support, service or maintenance
 * Technical understanding of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
 * Structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work
 * Strong communication and organisational skills
 * Confident user of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
 * Very good command of German and good command of English, both written and spoken
 * Team player with initiative and a strong customer focus

## Description

* Technical point of contact for customers in the NGO, government, defence and industrial sectors, as well as internal departments
 * Coordination and follow-up of technical enquiries, complaints, and warranty and guarantee claims
 * Planning, coordination and supervision of factory repairs, maintenance work and technical modifications to our systems
 * Preparation of service reports, technical documentation and customer documentation
 * Maintenance of machine, service and technical master data
 * Acting as the interface between customers, Service, Engineering, Production and Logistics
 * Contributing to the continuous improvement of our service and support processes
