## About the Role

* Strong SQL and data modelling experience.
 * Experience working with cloud data platforms, ideally Snowflake.
 * Commercial experience working with complex or fragmented datasets.
 * Strong understanding of data quality, reconciliation, and master data challenges.
 * Experience building analytical, forecasting, or predictive models in Python.
 * Power BI reporting and dashboard development experience.
 * Exposure to machine learning, AI, or advanced analytics techniques.
 * Ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly.
 * STEM-related degree or equivalent analytical background.

## Description

The Data Analyst/Scientist will:

 * Build and maintain robust data models to support reporting, analytics, and machine learning initiatives.
 * Improve data quality, standardisation, and reconciliation across multiple source systems.
 * Develop approaches for entity resolution, fuzzy matching, and record consolidation.
 * Support the migration and development of a Snowflake-based data platform.
 * Create Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for operational and leadership teams.
 * Develop forecasting models to support planning, performance monitoring, and resource allocation.
 * Explore AI and machine learning applications including document processing and information extraction.
 * Work with structured and unstructured datasets to create trusted, business-ready data assets.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to translate commercial and operational challenges into analytical solutions.
 * Contribute to the development of predictive models focused on risk, performance, and operational optimisation.
