## Description

We are looking to recruit a Junior ERP Engineer to support the current Epicor Manager in the day-to-day maintenance, administration, and operation of the Epicor ERP system and our internally developed system, KIPP., * Assist in investigating and resolving issues related to Epicor and KIPP.

 * Develop a thorough understanding of the Epicor order and job lifecycle, including the key processes and workflows.
 * Work closely with all Kentec departments to support their day-to-day use of Epicor and KIPP.
 * Create and maintain work instructions, user guides, and technical reference documentation for KIPP.
 * Set up and maintain user accounts in Epicor and KIPP.
 * Carry out daily and weekly Epicor administration and maintenance tasks.
 * Perform occasional bulk updates in Epicor using Excel spreadsheets.
 * Assist with system testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities as required.
