## About the Role

* Experience in a Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, BI Analyst or similar role.
 * Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards using AWS QuickSight or a comparable BI platform.
 * Practical experience using SQL and Python for reporting, data transformation or analysis.
 * Experience working with multiple data sources and translating stakeholder requirements into accurate, maintainable reporting.
 * A self-sufficient and pragmatic approach, with the ability to take ownership and deliver within a focused six-month engagement.

Desirable

 * Experience using Amazon Athena or a similar cloud-based data querying service.
 * Experience creating curated datasets for self-service reporting.
 * Experience improving data quality, reporting governance and technical documentation.
 * Experience working in a start-up, scale-up or small team where you have had broad ownership.

TECH STACK ️

## Description

This is a six-month fixed-term contract with two clear priorities: completing and enhancing the Customer Service reporting suite in AWS QuickSight, and building trusted, reusable datasets that enable teams to create and maintain their own reporting.

You'll work across the business to improve data quality, reduce manual reporting and establish stronger documentation, governance and knowledge transfer for the future.

 * Complete and enhance the Customer Service reporting suite and reporting deck in AWS QuickSight.
 * Design, build and document reusable datasets for multiple reporting use cases.
 * Integrate key business systems into curated reporting datasets.
 * Translate stakeholder questions into clear data and dashboard requirements.
 * Establish consistent business metrics, definitions and reporting logic.
 * Automate manual reporting and duplicated data preparation where possible.
 * Validate reporting outputs and investigate data-quality issues.
 * Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams and support a longer-term reporting roadmap., All new joiners start their first day in our office to collect the equipment needed to work remotely. We'll also arrange for some of your team to come in to say hi, ensuring you're supported and have a positive first few days with Form3!
