 * Fähigkeit, technische Zusammenhänge sicher einzuordnen und mit DataOps- und MLOps Profilen auf Augenhöhe zusammenzuarbeiten
 * Erfahrung in Führung, Entwicklung und Coaching von Mitarbeitenden
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau
