## About the Role

* Some experience in IT support or on a service desk
 * Confidence and friendliness on the phone and face to face, since this role suits someone who enjoys talking to people
 * Comfort troubleshooting everyday issues for business users
 * Good attention to detail, and the ability to keep several tickets moving at once
 * A full UK driving licence

Nice to have
MSP experience, Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Entra ID, SharePoint), basic networking (Wi-Fi, routers, VPNs) and any IT certifications.

## Description

You'll be a first point of contact for business customers, aiming to fix issues on the first call wherever you can. Your work will include:

 * Handling support calls and tickets across Microsoft 365, Windows, devices, networks and cloud services
 * Day-to-day M365 administration, including users, mailboxes, password resets, MFA and account queries
 * Troubleshooting Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and Windows issues
 * Logging, documenting and escalating tickets clearly
 * Helping with customer onboarding and making occasional visits to customer sites
 * Liaising with third-party vendors
