## About the Role

* hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich

## Description

* übernimmst die Prozessverantwortung für die Anwendung agiler Methoden innerhalb der Produktentwicklung und stellst deren nachhaltige Umsetzung sicher
 * entwickelst, etablierst und betreust agile Arbeitsprozesse gemeinsam mit Management, Product Ownern und relevanten Fachbereichen
 * vermittelst das agile Mindset aktiv im gesamten Stakeholder-Umfeld und setzt passende Methoden und Techniken zur Unterstützung ein
 * arbeitest eng mit Entwicklungsteams, Product Ownern und Stakeholdern zusammen und förderst eine effektive, selbstorganisierte Zusammenarbeit
 * unterstützt Teams dabei, Hindernisse, Konflikte und Spannungen frühzeitig zu erkennen und gemeinsam geeignete Lösungen zu entwickeln
 * tauschst dich regelmäßig mit anderen Scrum Mastern und Agile Coaches aus, um Best Practices, neue Ansätze und Erfahrungen in die Organisation zu bringen
