## Description

*
Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
*
Configure and manage Payroll Elements, Balances, Fast Formula, Retro Payroll, Costing, Payment Methods, Payroll Flows, Payslips, and Payroll Processing.
*
Handle payroll corrections, adjustments, reconciliation, and reporting.
*
Conduct client workshops, Fit-Gap analysis, and functional requirement discussions.
*
Coordinate with payroll business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore delivery teams.
*
Manage the complete implementation lifecycle, including SIT, UAT, Parallel Payroll, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
*
Support Oracle Fusion Core HR and Payroll integrations and end-to-end integration testing.
*
Ensure accurate payroll processing, earnings and deductions calculations, retroactive processing, costing, and payments.
