## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, systems analysis, or functional analysis, preferably with Pega implementations.
 * Strong understanding of Pega PRPC/Pega Platform, case management, workflow automation, and business process management.
 * Experience working on healthcare payer, provider, health insurance, or healthcare administration projects.
 * Knowledge of healthcare processes such as claims adjudication, member enrollment, eligibility verification, prior authorization, benefits administration, and provider data management.
 * Experience documenting business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
 * Strong experience collaborating with business stakeholders, Pega developers, solution architects, QA teams, and project managers.
 * Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect management, and implementation activities.
 * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
 * Understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data privacy requirements.
 * Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
