Ability to coordinate multiple priorities under time pressure Excellent written and verbal stakeholder communication skills * Experience with scripting / automation using languages such as Python, Bash, Go, Java, or JavaScript * Competence in a broad range of technologies, spanning cloud platforms, containerization, monitoring/alerting systems, and distributed messaging platforms (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, RabbitMQ) * Exposure to AI coding assistants and agentic tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex), including hands-on experience using them to automate operational tasks or accelerate development and troubleshooting, * You enjoy diagnosing problems and thinking creatively about solutions * You enjoy hands-on operational problem-solving and are curious about the bigger picture * You thrive in fast-moving delivery pipelines where uptime and stability are mission-critical * You are enthusiastic and keen to learn; you learn by doing and feel comfortable diving into unfamiliar technology ## Description As a Systems Support Engineer, you will help ensure the stability, reliability and production parity of non-production environments. You will work closely with development, QA, release management and production operations teams to make sure these environments match production closely, stay available and support high-quality releases.
