## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred.
 * 5+ years of project management experience, with a strong focus on application development or software delivery.
 * Experience managing cross-functional technical teams in fast-paced environments.
 * Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
 * Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar platforms.
 * Familiarity with Agile and Scrum practices; PMP, Scrum Master, or related certification is a plus.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager, Application Development to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software and application development initiatives. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business stakeholders, QA, and leadership, to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives., * Lead end-to-end application development projects from initiation through delivery and post-implementation support.

 * Define project scope, goals, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
 * Manage Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies depending on business needs.
 * Coordinate internal teams, third-party vendors, and business partners to ensure successful project execution.
 * Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
 * Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
