## About the Role

 * Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Python, C, or C++ with experience in multi-platform (Windows/UNIX) architecture.
 * Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading software teams and mentoring junior developers.

Technical & Strategic Responsibilities

 * System Architecture: Translate complex mission requirements into scalable software designs and technical roadmaps.
 * Advanced Data Engineering: Expertise in handling massive datasets and optimizing performance for high-stakes environments.
