## About the Role

* Strong hands-on experience designing and operating Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms at enterprise scale.
 * Expertise in OpenShift GitOps, Argo CD, Advanced Cluster Management and platform lifecycle management.
 * Knowledge of OpenShift Virtualization, KubeVirt, Kubernetes networking, multi-tenancy and Zero Trust principles.
 * Proven experience in enterprise architecture, technical leadership and client advisory.
 * The ability to translate complex technical challenges into practical, business-focused solutions.

? Desirable experience:

 * Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes certifications.
 * Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
 * Familiarity with Policy-as-Code, CI/CD automation and GitOps workflows.
 * An interest in Agentic AI and intelligent platform operations.

## Description

* Lead cloud and OpenShift architecture across public, private and hybrid cloud environments.
 * Define modernisation strategies, platform roadmaps and enterprise architecture standards.
 * Drive OpenShift GitOps, multi-cluster management, OpenShift Virtualization and Kubernetes networking.
 * Champion security, Zero Trust, resilience, observability and operational excellence.
 * Advise senior stakeholders, shape client solutions, and lead and mentor architecture and engineering teams.
