## About the Role

* Strong Change Management experience on other large-scale transformation programmes (specifically the deployment of new ERP systems)
 * Experience establishing & leading end-to-end change workstreams with direct experience in change communications, training, adoption and business readiness etc.
 * Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills will be essential.
 * Good project management capability across planning, governance and RAID would be highly advantageous.
 * ERP transformation experience (Oracle Fusion experience would be a significant bonus)

## Description

The successful candidate will take ownership of the change strategy and delivery plan, helping ensure teams across the organisation are fully prepared for implementation and go-live of a new ERP system (Oracle Fusion). Responsibilities will include stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communications, training, business readiness, adoption and transition into BAU etc.
