## About the Role

* Proven experience as a Storage Architect, Infrastructure Architect, or Solution Architect.
 * Strong knowledge of enterprise storage platforms and technologies.
 * Experience with data protection, backup, and recovery solutions.
 * Expertise in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
 * Experience delivering data centre migration and transformation programmes.
 * Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure environments.
 * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
 * Ability to provide technical leadership across multiple workstreams.

Desirable

 * Experience with hybrid cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS).
 * Knowledge of VMware and virtualisation technologies.
 * Experience working within large-scale, complex enterprise environments.

## Description

We are looking for an experienced Data Storage Solution Architect to join a major transformation programme supporting critical enterprise services.

This role sits within a Service Operations team and has been created to support increased project demand, with a particular focus on a large-scale Data Centre Exit Programme. You will play a key role in ensuring storage, data protection, and recovery capabilities remain resilient throughout migration and transformation activities.

Key Responsibilities

 * Design and implement enterprise-scale storage solutions.
 * Lead storage architecture, strategy, and transformation initiatives.
 * Deliver data protection, backup, and recovery solutions.
 * Support data centre migration and exit projects.
 * Develop disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.

 * Engage with stakeholders across operational and project teams.
 * Support the successful delivery of critical infrastructure and transformation programmes.
