 * Security & Testing to embed a security-first mindset and establish comprehensive operational tests across the full system lifecycle
 * System Resilience to apply chaos-engineering principles and optimize long-term operational health
 * English Proficiency to communicate effectively, present technical solutions, and collaborate with global R&D teams

Professional Experience

 * Cross-Team Collaboration to partner with software development teams in shaping scalable cloud systems
 * Process Improvement to evaluate existing workflows, suggest short- and long-term improvements, and implement modern tooling
 * Independent Execution to drive complex engineering projects from inception to completion

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

 * Experience working within an AWS FedRAMP environment or AWS GovCloud
 * Hands-on programming experience with Go
 * Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipeline automation tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins

 * Develop and scale our cloud platform across R&D and production environments utilizing Google Cloud Platform and AWS
 * Drive cloud architecture development, adopting Go programming where applicable to enhance platform capabilities
 * Implement continuous integration and continuous delivery/deployment processes using GitHub Workflows/Actions or Jenkins

Infrastructure Operations & Resilience

 * Manage day-to-day operations across cloud and on-premises environments utilizing Linux, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, and Bash
 * Champion chaos-engineering principles to build robust, resilient systems that withstand operational stress
 * Maintain high standards across day 0, day 1, and day 2 operational lifecycles, balancing feature implementation with airtight testing

Security & Continuous Improvement

 * Embed a security-first mindset across all platform engineering, deployment, and operational workflows
 * Identify, develop, and share innovative tools and processes to refine and streamline team operations
