## Description

We are looking for an accomplished Programme Manager to lead high-profile, technology-enabled data migration programmes across Life and Pensions. You will take ownership from mobilisation through cutover and go-live, bringing structure, pace and confidence to complex, multi-workstream delivery.

What you'll do

 * Lead migration strategy, planning, governance and execution
 * Direct data quality, reconciliation, testing, cutover and dual-running activities
 * Manage budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and third-party suppliers
 * Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders
 * Guide multidisciplinary teams through critical delivery milestones
