## About the Role

Healthcare, Establish Priorities, Safety/Work Safety, Data Analysis, Ecosystems, Data Sets, SQL (Structured Query Language), Power BI, Python Programming/Scripting Language, Artificial Intelligence (AI), * 1 to 3 years of experience- Expert-level SQL skills with experience analyzing large, complex datasets.

 * 1 to 3 years of experience Power BI
 * 1 to 3 years Python experience for analytics (e.g., Jupyter notebooks, pandas)
 * 1 to 2 years stakeholder management experience- building relationships and interpret technical details for a non-technical audience.
 * Familiarity with Claude Code or similar AI tools
 * Familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Mixpanel/Adobe Analytics
 * Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, and proactiveness in problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

## Description

This is a highly impactful, hands-on role where you'll own analytics strategy, influence product direction. This role is expected to closely work with Clinician Enablement & Ecosystem Product team to deliver measurable business impact and make data driven decisions assisting in reporting needs, optimizing product experiences, feature prioritization, and strategy through some light experimentation and data analysis. The role will also work closely with some of our Ireland based product teams.
