We are seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Distributed Systems, Kafka, and REST APIs., * 8+ years of software development experience.

 * Strong Java and Spring Boot experience.
 * Hands-on experience with Microservices and Distributed Systems.
 * Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and integration patterns.
 * Strong experience with Kafka / Kafka Streams.
 * Experience with Spring Batch, JUnit, JDBC, Maven/Gradle.
 * Experience with Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD.
 * Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or NoSQL databases.
 * Experience with Docker and cloud/platform environments.
 * Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience with GenAI, LLM, RAG, embeddings, or vector search.
 * AWS and cloud-native architecture experience.
 * Experience with Redis / Cassandra.
 * Knowledge of MCP and AI guardrails.
 * Banking, fintech, payment, or financial services experience.
 * Experience with Python, Hadoop, or Spark.
