* Deep technical expertise in Java (8+) and modern React.js.
 * Proven hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable Microservices architectures using Spring Boot / Spring Cloud.
 * Extensive experience in designing, building, and securing RESTful APIs and web services (OAuth2, JWT).
 * Proficiency in modern frontend technologies including React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and state management (Redux / Context API).
 * Hands-on experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases.
 * Strong focus on unit and integration testing (JUnit, Mockito, Jest, React Testing Library).
 * Experience in the Financial Services / Asset Management / Investment Banking domain.
 * Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
 * Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
 * Understanding of message brokers and event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
