## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner, Produktmanager:in, in technischer Projektleitung oder einer vergleichbaren Schnittstellenrolle.

 * Agile Methoden (Scrum, Kanban) aus der Praxis, pragmatisch angewendet.
 * Klare, ruhige, lösungsorientierte Kommunikation - auch in schwierigen Situationen.
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau).
 * Offenheit für KI-Tools und aktive Nutzung.

Nice-to-have:

 * Erfahrung aus regulierten oder prozessintensiven Branchen (Gesundheitswesen, Versicherung, öffentlicher Sektor).

## Description

* Produktverantwortung für digitale Web-Projekte von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zum Livegang.
 * Product Backlog steuern, User Stories schreiben, Akzeptanzkriterien definieren.
 * Livegänge, Release-Prozesse und technische Abhängigkeiten koordinieren (Backend-Sperren, Deployments, Rollbacks).
 * Auf Augenhöhe mit dem Entwicklungsteam über Architektur, Machbarkeit und technische Lösungswege diskutieren.
 * Das Produkt gegenüber Stakeholdern vertreten.
 * Kund:innen aktiv beraten: Bedarf erkennen, Lösungen prüfen, Alternativen vorschlagen.
 * Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung, Kund:innen, Accountmanagement und Projektmanagement.
 * An Aufwandsschätzungen und Angeboten mitwirken.
 * KI-gestützte Tools aktiv einsetzen - für Refinements, Planung, QA und Produktentwicklung.
