## About the Role

Do you have experience in SharePoint?, * 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT operations or IT support, ideally in a fast-paced startup or scale-up

 * Strong command of Microsoft 365: Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Entra ID (Azure AD)
 * Experience managing domains, DNS, and web infrastructure
 * Comfortable with hardware: setup, troubleshooting, and maintaining a clean inventory
 * Structured approach to support: you build processes, not just fix things
 * Fluent in English, * Experience setting up IT for new legal entities
 * Familiarity with SSO and identity management beyond M365
 * Experience introducing or managing an IT ticketing system

## Description

* Own and manage our Microsoft 365 environment: tenant configuration, user lifecycle, policies, security settings, and SSO integrations
 * Handle internal IT support: hardware setup and maintenance (laptops, printers, peripherals, meeting room equipment), ticket resolution, and onboarding/offboarding of employees
 * Manage domains, DNS, and web infrastructure across Voyfai and group companies
 * Set up and configure IT environments for new entities as the group expands
 * Build and maintain an IT inventory system and implement a structured ticketing process
 * Configure automations and monitoring to reduce manual overhead and improve reliability
 * Manage hardware procurement and ensure equipment standards across offices
