 * 7+ years of experience in a Development or Service Administration role
 * Strong expertise in Oracle Database Administration (11g/12c)
 * Experience with RMAN backup and recovery
 * Hands-on experience with Oracle GoldenGate, Oracle RAC, and Oracle installations
 * 5+ years of experience working with development teams
 * Exposure to ITIL / ITSM / Managed Services / DevOps / SOA operational models
 * Strong understanding of database architecture, performance tuning, and optimization
 * Experience in database design, data modeling, and capacity planning
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills

## Description

* Manage and administer Oracle databases (11g and 12c environments)
 * Perform database installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance
 * Analyze and optimize database performance, including indexing and tuning
 * Design and implement database structures, data models, and storage solutions
 * Execute backup and recovery strategies using RMAN
 * Deploy and support Oracle technologies including:

 * Oracle Data Guard
 * Oracle Enterprise Manager
 * Oracle Automatic Storage Management (ASM)
 * Oracle ACFS
 * Oracle GoldenGate
 * Conduct capacity planning, scaling, and performance analysis
 * Collaborate with development teams to support application requirements
 * Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and operational best practices
 * Support high availability and disaster recovery solutions (Oracle RAC)
 * Participate in ITIL/ITSM-driven service management processes
 * Maintain documentation and provide technical support as needed
