This role is ideal for a seasoned ServiceNow professional who excels in platform architecture, governance, and enterprise-scale implementations. The successful candidate will lead the design, administration, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform while establishing architectural standards, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives., * Architect, administer, and enhance ServiceNow platform solutions across the organization.

 * Lead the design and development of platform configurations, customizations, and reusable components.
 * Establish and govern platform architecture standards, best practices, and reference architectures.
 * Develop and maintain strategic platform roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and technology initiatives.
 * Drive platform scalability, reliability, security, and operational excellence.
 * Implement governance, compliance, automation, and security controls to support self-service capabilities.
 * Promote platform adoption and efficiency through increased reusability and standardized development practices.
 * Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Cloud teams, Security teams, Data teams, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams to ensure enterprise-wide alignment.
