## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience in IT, including hands-on Salesforce development
 * Deep experience on the platform, including Apex, SOQL, and Lightning
 * Proven experience owning and continuously improving release and deployment processes - sandbox strategy, source-driven deployments, environment management, release cadence, change management, and rollback procedures
 * Working knowledge of version control (Git) and branching strategies
 * Experience setting up and operating CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce with release/deployment tooling (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins or similar)
 * Ability to establish and enforce development and release best practices (code review, static code analysis, automated testing as release gates)
 * Strong understanding of the features and constraints of the Salesforce platform
 * Experience setting up and operating CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce with release/deployment tooling (e.g. Salesforce DevOps Centre, Gearset, Copado, Jenkins or similar)
 * English skills sufficient for leading conversations on the technical and process aspects of projects, * Experience coordinating multiple parallel development streams and managing merge conflicts
 * Experience creating technical and release documentation
 * Relevant Salesforce certifications
