## About the Role

* Completed IT-related vocational training with professional experience, or several years of relevant IT experience
 * Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a related role
 * German language proficiency at C2 level (native or near-native)

Important Requirements

 * Good knowledge of PC hardware, networking, ticketing systems and remote support tools
 * Confident working with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
 * Strong customer service skills and clear communication abilities

Nice to Have

 * Experience with remote support and helpdesk tools such as TeamViewer and Freshdesk
