## About the Role

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors or equivalent in Technology, Engineering (any) or related field, plus 3 years of experience in job or related position.
Experience to include: Elixir, StreamWeaver, Adobe InDesign, PDF and ACIF experience, and Exstream Dialogue.
Intertest tool.
Various mainframe utilities including SORT and IDCAMS. SDLC processes.
Agile methodology.
Financial Services or Capital Markets.
Technical expertise in Mainframe COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, and CICS. Position is based out of our Edgewood, NY location and role holder is eligible to work on a hybrid basis with manager and HR approval, but must be in the office at least 40% of the time.

TITLE: Lead Software Engineer LOCATION: 51 Mercedes Way, Edgewood, NY 11717 SALARY: From $131,997 to $146,580 per year DUTIES: Develop and maintain complex mainframe applications.
Design and update document composition elements like.
Compose the documents using software tools.
Design and develop Advance Function Printing (AFP) print processes.
Translate business requirements into detailed system designs and technical solutions.
Investigate system issues and implement performance and efficiency improvements.
Design and execute system and unit test plans, ensuring program accuracy and reliability.
Engage in coding, testing, and debugging activities.
Utilize mainframe utilities.
Support Financial Services/Capital Markets applications.
