 * Anwendung agiler Methoden wie Scrum sowie klassische Projektmanagement Standards wie SDLC zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten Projektabwicklung
 * Koordination der Projektteams, Stakeholder Kommunikation und regelmäßiges Reporting
 * Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen im Rahmen der Projekte
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung technischer Standards und Qualitätsanforderungen
