## About the Role

* Need strong BA Background with excellent skills on, Payment & ACH Integration and writing Complex SQL Queries

Business Analysis:

 * 6-8+ years of core BA experience in Financial Services / Capital Markets, including requirement gathering, process mapping (BPMN, Visio), gap analysis, and agile user story creation
 * In-depth knowledge of payment domain concepts-specifically ACH processing (NACHA rules), Fedwire, SWIFT/ISO 20022 formats, direct debits, credit transfers, and clearing/settlement mechanics.

Systems Integration:

 * Proven track record working on integration projects connecting core ledger systems, payment engines, and external banking rails/APIs.

Advanced SQL Proficiency:

 * Hands-on experience querying large relational databases to analyze transaction data, execute mapping validations, and conduct system troubleshooting.
