## Description

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Architect / Technology Leader for a hybrid position (3 days onsite) with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC; Pennington, NJ or Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role is a core member of the Global Capital Markets Technology team, responsible for the development and support of key applications. The successful candidate will act as a primary architect and hands-on technology leader for one or more initiatives, requiring strong analytical skills and deep technical expertise to design, develop, and troubleshoot complex issues in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

 * Lead the delivery and development of one or more initiatives
 * Act as the primary architect and hands-on technology leader
 * Dive into technical details including design, development, and troubleshooting of complex issues
 * Define and evaluate problems to design effective solutions
 * Develop and support various applications, including hands-on design, architecting, and development of solutions
 * Interact with senior business partners and senior technology management
 * Develop clean and progressively enhanced code for complex enterprise applications
