## About the Role

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline is preferred.

Experience: Seven or more years of experience in Python development, alongside proven experience in designing and implementing multi-tier application platforms, including microservices. A demonstrated ability to plan and lead delivery by functionally diverse and geographically dispersed teams is required.

Technical Skills: High coding proficiency in Python and Unix scripting is required, including at least one year of experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Strong knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle or MySQL, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, is necessary, as well as experience with FastAPI and large structured and unstructured dataset processing. Familiarity with front-end languages, libraries, and frameworks including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and jQuery is also required.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience implementing data analytics or artificial intelligence solutions.
 * Knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
 * Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning and development tools for agentic solutions.

 * Establish standards and drive automation initiatives for end-to-end SDLC efficiency.
 * Mentor team members in technical design and development best practices.
 * Drive platform performance, scalability, and resiliency testing.
 * Implement hardware upgrades and software enhancements to meet global performance expectations.
 * Address regulatory and performance-driven requirements for the regionalization and localization of infrastructure and platforms.
 * Conduct research and prototyping to evaluate and identify new solutions that enhance platform and team capabilities.
