Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Delivery Consultant, Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Core HR - **Company:** Deloitte T.T.L. - **Location:** Mechanicsburg, PA, United States - **Salary:** $71,300.0 - $118,900.0 - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Data Conversion, Data Mapping, Oracle (Applications), Bi Publisher, Oracle HCM, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Core HR - **Published:** October 22, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=d0a8c55ebff6c53f ## About the Role * Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team * Effective written and verbal communication skills * Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product * Ability to build and sustain professional relationships * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor * Ability to meet deadlines * Ability to provide clear guidance to others, Required: * 1+ years Oracle Cloud HCM experience with configuration and support of Core HR module * 2+ years of experience supporting Oracle HCM implementations * Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role * Bachelor's Degree * Center Location & Travel Requirements ## Description As a Delivery Consultant on the team, you will support Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR implementation and delivery activities by: * Supporting requirements-gathering and design workshops by documenting business needs and assisting with translating them into Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR configuration requirements * Assisting with configuration activities for Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Employee Self-Service (ESS), Manager Self-Service (MSS), personnel action request (PAR) processing, position management, learning administration, time entry and approvals, absence plans, and related HR processes * Preparing and maintaining functional deliverables, including configuration workbooks, fit/gap documentation, security artifacts, integration touchpoints, process flows, and testing assets * Supporting fit-to-standard workshops by documenting process flows, business requirements, and design decisions for worker records, job and position management, assignments, person data, and HR transactions * Supporting data conversion and cutover activities, including worker and organizational-data mapping and validation, document checklists, and parallel-run activities * Collaborating with integration, payroll, reporting, and talent-management workstreams; supporting Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher reporting activities; and maintaining action items and stakeholder communications, + Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location + Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes + Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Preferred: * Actively Oracle Cloud Implementation Professional certified * Experience with supporting or leading small functional teams in a hybrid delivery model Experience with government/public sector projects * The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $71,300 to $118,900. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
