## About the Role

BAE Systems is searching for a Senior Software Engineer with experience in developing automated test software solutions. The ideal candidate would be a motivated self-starter, able to work individually or as part of a team, willing to take direction and be able to communicate effectively., Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience, * Must be able to obtain an active DoD Secret level security clearance

 * Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field, and minimum of 4 years work experience or equivalent experience
 * Background experience in NI TestStand sequence development
 * Background experience in embedded and/or application software development in C/C#/C++
 * Software engineering processes, methodologies, and tools

Preferred Skills and Education

 * Experience using and developing drivers for RF Test Equipment (Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, RF Sources, Power Meters etc)
 * Experience in RF measurement techniques
 * Agile development experience
 * Real-time embedded programming
 * Git, Jira, Confluence, Clearcase, Bit Bucket
