## About the Role

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.

Experience: Approximately 4 to 5 or more years of experience managing complex IT infrastructure projects, with a proven track record of successful delivery.

Technical Skills: Demonstrated understanding of infrastructure technology to participate in technical discussions with Network, Cloud, Data Center, Systems, Storage, Security, DevOps, and Application Engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Prior exposure to cloud infrastructure, cloud management, and data center operations.
 * Experience managing firewall migrations, load balancing, security hardening, and network reinforcement initiatives.
 * Strong background in network infrastructure projects, including LAN/WAN, network upgrades, security, and load balancers.
 * Experience managing data center migration and transformation projects, including infrastructure planning, application coordination, implementation, cutover, and stabilization.
 * Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and manage relationships.

## Description

This position requires an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of enterprise infrastructure, network engineering, data center, and cloud engineering projects. The selected candidate will support multiple concurrent initiatives, driving project execution with a focus on team accountability and cross-functional communication. This role demands an individual who understands the broad project scope, technical dependencies, and overall business impact to coordinate work across diverse engineering teams., * Lead the planning and execution of small to large-scale enterprise infrastructure, network, data center, and cloud engineering projects from initiation through completion.

 * Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, scope, priorities, milestones, and risk registers.
 * Manage several infrastructure and security-focused projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and resources.
 * Identify appropriate teams and stakeholders required for successful delivery and drive execution with a project management-focused mindset.
 * Drive issue resolution and problem-solving, proactively addressing roadblocks and risks to keep initiatives on track.
 * Prepare and deliver clear project status reports, communications, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders at all levels.
 * Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align on project timelines, resources, priorities, and delivery objectives.
 * Lead productive project meetings, clearly defining objectives, action items, owners, and outcomes.
 * Break down complex initiatives into actionable activities using hybrid project management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
