## About the Role

* Bachelor of Science: Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems Engineering or an equivalent from an ABET accredited university
 * 3 to 5 years of automotive experience
 * Good communication skills, both verbal and written and ability to communicate technical content to a non-technical audience
 * Good project coordination skills
 * Automotive Systems Background
 * Knowledge of ISO 26262
 * Ability to interpret various regulatory requirements and Industry Best practices
 * Knowledge of INCOSE requirements decomposition, * Master of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited university
 * Knowledge of IBM doors, or similar ALM/PLM management tools
 * Systems Engineering experience
 * Experience with system network topology diagrams
 * Able to Understand Problem from all aspects (Software, Hardware, Field)
 * Knowledge of a functional domain (i.e. Body, Chassis, Electrical, Interior..)

## Description

* Create, update and track CFOs(Customer Feature Objective) efficiently.
 * Conduct thorough analysis to ensure all the CFOs align with project objectives and standards
 * Work with cross functional teams to develop and follow best practices to align on a global strategy for new features
 * Support platform new feature development
 * Support program specific new feature development
 * Conducting competitive benchmarking & voice of customer clinics to support the development process
