## About the Role

* Degree in business management, finance, information systems, or related field, or 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, automation, or process improvement
 * Strong hands-on experience with UiPath and RPA development as a primary skillset
 * Proven experience identifying and implementing automation opportunities within revenue cycle workflows (claims, billing, posting, AR follow-up, etc.)
 * Experience designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, and Bots)
 * Understanding of process mapping, workflow design, and business process reengineering
 * Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills to assess automation feasibility and ROI
 * Experience integrating UiPath with enterprise systems (e.g., Epic, PeopleSoft, web portals, file-based processes)
 * Familiarity with scripting or programming concepts (VB.NET, Python, or similar languages preferred)
 * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to translate business needs into automation solutions
 * Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office tools
 * Ability to document automation workflows, technical design, and operational procedures
 * Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability of automation processes
 * Ability to manage multiple automation initiatives and meet deadlines with high quality output
 * UiPath certification (e.g., UiPath RPA Developer or Advanced Developer) preferred
