## Description

* Own a product's roadmap, adoption, iteration cycle, and long-term health beyond initial go-live
 * Operate within Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban): sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives; break large initiatives into shippable increments
 * Proactively identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities, then develop solutions, gather feedback, and drive them to completion with minimal oversight
 * Serve as a change agent, championing automation and digital adoption and driving process modernization across teams
 * Design, develop, maintain, and optimize low-code/no-code business applications, workflow automations, and integrations across enterprise systems
 * Perform data modeling, ETL/data migration, troubleshooting, and system optimization to ensure performance, reliability, and data integrity
 * Document technical solutions and keep expanding expertise in emerging platforms, integration methods, and automation technologies
 * Apply AI and automation technologies to business applications and workflows, using sound judgment about complexity and risk
 * Evaluate and prototype with AI platforms and frameworks (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio, LLM APIs, agent frameworks)
 * Use AI coding assistants and agentic developer tools (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot) to move faster and explore unfamiliar platforms
