## About the Role

1. Experience with Electronic Health Record platforms such as Epic, Cerner/Oracle Health, Allscripts/Veradigm, or NextGen. 5 years
 2. Proficiency with healthcare interoperability standards including HL7 v2, C-CDA, CCD, FHIR, and USCDI. 5 years
 3. Experience validating structured clinical data and troubleshooting EHR integration issues. 5 years
 4. Ability to interpret clinical workflows and map them to data exchange requirements 3 years
 5. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders. 3 years
 6. Knowledge of HIPAA and health information privacy/security requirements. 3 years

Desirable Skills:

 1. Experience supporting HIE onboarding, healthcare interoperability projects, or multi-vendor EHR environments. -3 years
 2. Experience with SQL, interface engines, or data mapping tools. -3 years
 3. Familiarity with state or federal digital health programs such as NC HIEA initiatives, Medicaid QPHE, or NCQA DAV. -3 years
