## About the Role

* 8+ years of IT Service Management / Change Management experience.
 * Strong ServiceNow Change Management expertise.
 * Experience with CAB, Change Enablement, Change Calendar, and Change Governance.
 * Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, CI relationships, and ITSM processes.
 * Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, dashboards, workflows, and reporting.
 * Strong ITIL knowledge; ITIL 4 Foundation required.
 * Experience with Incident & Problem Management integration.
 * Knowledge of DevOps/CI-CD change management and automation.
 * Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
 * Financial services/banking experience is preferred.
 * ServiceNow CSA/CIS-ITSM certification is a plus.
