## About the Role

* 8-10+ years of experience supporting Organizational Change Management initiatives within large-scale transformation programs.
 * Experience working within program or project management environments and leading workstreams.
 * Strong experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, and training strategy execution.
 * Experience conducting change impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
 * Proven client-facing consulting experience with strong collaboration skills., * 10-12+ years leading full-scale OCM initiatives for SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC programs.
 * Strong experience developing OCM strategy, training, stakeholder engagement, communications, and readiness plans.
 * Experience with SAP Enable Now or WalkMe.
 * Proven client-facing consulting experience.
 * Embodiment of the Cognizant Way to Lead and Cognizant Values.
