## Description

Outsource is seeking a Data Center Technician to support critical infrastructure operations in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with at least 2 years of experience maintaining server hardware and network equipment in a data center environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring uptime, security, and operational efficiency of the facility., * Install, configure, and maintain servers, switches, and other data center hardware

 * Monitor system performance and respond promptly to alerts or outages

 * Perform routine inspections of power, cooling, and cabling infrastructure

 * Execute hardware break-fix tasks including component replacement and troubleshooting

 * Document maintenance activities, incidents, and configuration changes

 * Support rack and stack of new equipment and decommissioning of retired assets

 * Collaborate with network and systems teams to resolve technical issues
