Banking or commercial banking background. Hands on Salesforce or AI coding 6+ years of Solution Architecting experience Prior experience guiding solutions from concept through implementation Salesforce knowledge required of major functional and architectural components general understanding to aid in high-level solution discussions, not required to be hands-on Salesforce major functions Clouds (ex. Sales, Service, Agentforce) Platform/Data components (ex. Customer 360, Data 360) Development tools (ex. Apex, Lightning Web Components) Core Data Objects (standard vs custom objects) Experience with AI Solutions - evaluating and incorporating AI capabilities into enterprise solutions, including consideration of data, security, governance, risk, and operational controls Understanding of best practices and solutions Experience designing solutions across cloud and SaaS platforms Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, and AWS is preferred

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to convert business objectives into secure, scalable, and resilient technology solutions. As the lead solution architect for the Commercial Loan Servicing Transformation, this role works alongside Product and Delivery leaders as part of the core team. The architect leads solution design across project teams, applies enterprise standards and reusable patterns, and partners with business, product, engineering, and architecture teams to guide solutions from concept through implementation.

Job Essentials: Primarily responsible for the conceptual architecture that delivers the business objectives While solution integrations will span across the enterprise, there will be significant impact to Salesforce which requires knowledge of its major functional and architectural components Essential Skills: Collaboration: Partners across Product, Delivery, Domain Architecture, and technical SMEs Adaptability: Operates effectively as architecture patterns, governance processes, and tooling evolve, and provides direction when requirements or constraints are not yet fully defined Leadership / Influence: Helping to solve problems, sometimes creatively... then, selling the ideas Independent Judgment: Navigates uncertainty, identifies the information necessary to make decisions, and advances work without waiting for every detail to be resolved Team Orientation: Contributes to a collaborative, accountable, and delivery-focused culture by supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and responding

Job functions: Typical Outcomes Work with Product to understand business goals, determine impacts, apply enterprise patterns, create the architecture for the integrations, review and obtain buy-in from impacted teams, complete governance Identify and address architecture risks, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints related to scope, schedule, resources, technology, and delivery Escalate material trade-offs and recommend practical mitigation options to Product and Delivery leadership Strategic Define Architecture Strategy to support business segment goals by developing road maps in partnership with Business Architecture Assist business areas to enhance their business processes using technology (ex. automate manual processes) Analyze current technologies used within the company and determine ways to improve People & Process Mentoring - helping to build and support our architecture community Update and create standards and patterns for the organization Promote and refine enterprise
