## About the Role

* 3-5+ years of Project Management or PMO experience supporting enterprise technology or transformation initiatives * Experience supporting large ERP, SAP, or enterprise transformation programs * Strong financial management experience, including forecasting, budget tracking, invoice management, and reconciliation * Experience managing project and program financials across multiple vendors, workstreams, or stakeholders * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, reporting, and data analysis * Experience working with complex data from multiple sources and reconciling discrepancies * Experience creating executive-level reports, presentations, and status updates * SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation experience * PMO experience supporting large-scale ERP programs * Experience supporting planning, mobilization, global design, or fit-to-standard workshop phases of SAP programs * Experience with SAP Ariba * Experience with Anaplan, SAP BPC, or other
financial planning and forecasting tools * Experience extracting, reconciling, and validating financial, resource, or operational data * Experience working within utility, energy, or regulated industry environments

## Description

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation for a utility client in Bothell, WA. This individual will own program financials during the planning and global design phases, including forecasting, invoice management, financial reconciliation, resource tracking, and executive reporting. The program recently kicked off and is focused on planning, mobilization, fit-to-standard workshops, organizational change management, and global design activities ahead of detailed design and implementation. This Project Manager will partner closely with business leaders, IT teams, and implementation partners to ensure financial accuracy, visibility, and governance across the program. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial management experience, advanced Excel skills, executive communication capabilities, and a proven ability to drive results within large enterprise transformation initiatives. Experience supporting SAP, PMO, or ERP programs is
highly preferred.
