## About the Role

* 8+ years in Data Management, Data Analytics, or Enterprise Risk Management. Alternatively, 12+ years with a high school diploma or GED.
 * Banking and regulatory reporting experience.
 * Hands-on SQL for complex queries.
 * Understanding of data platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, data warehouses, and marts, including lineage documentation and ETL processes.
 * Understanding of agile data product delivery using Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban.

Education Requirements:

 * Bachelor's degree. Alternatively, high school diploma or GED with the stated experience.

## Description

Hybrid onsite as needed for leadership meetings in either Raleigh, NC or Charlotte, NC or Tempe, AZ, * Design and oversee enhancements for enterprise data quality, management, and storage.

 * Lead initiatives to improve data profiling, exception reporting, and issue resolution for the Enterprise Data Warehouse.
 * Architect analytics dashboards and develop predictive models to support data-driven decisions.
 * Develop and implement enterprise-wide data governance policies aligned to regulations and best practices.
 * Facilitate executive-level discussions to prioritize data management improvements.
 * Oversee data validation processes for critical reporting to ensure integrity and reliability.
 * Lead, mentor, and develop consultants while fostering innovation and continuous learning.
 * Collaborate with senior leaders on long-term data management and analytics strategy.
 * Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate advanced data practices across business units.
 * Serve as a thought leader on emerging data, analytics, and risk management technologies.
 * Represent the organization at industry conferences and forums.
 * Establish best practices and manage enterprise-level technical documentation for the Data Warehouse.
 * Develop strategies for centralized business-critical reports and implement knowledge management systems.
