This role provides leadership across people management, stakeholder engagement, technical delivery, solution engineering practices, and enterprise integration architecture while driving engineering excellence and AI readiness. The Manager of Integration & Software Engineering is responsible for developing team members, managing contractors, partnering with business stakeholders, and establishing a centralized strategy for enterprise integrations, APIs, workflow solutions, and platform-based automation using modern middleware, cloud integration, and low-code platforms.
